Returns and Exchanges Policy

Remember that our products are handmade by artisans, so there may be small variations in size or design (in the case of those that are made in Mexico), which is part of the beauty of the art of handmade, however each of our pieces are made under our protocols and quality standards that must have to be luxury items.

If you receive the wrong product or there is any problem, please notify us within 15 days after receiving your order (after that time we will not be able to receive requests for exchanges or refunds),write us to the email customercare@norumadeart.com from which we will be responding with the solution to your problem, remember that we want you to have the best shopping experience and love our products as much as we do. 

Don’t forget that for your product to be eligible for an exchange, it must be returned in perfect condition, unused and be returned as shipped to your destination address, in turn attach your receipt or proof of purchase on the email you’ll be writing to us. Each of our products leaves with a high standard of packaging to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition and in turn is captured in image and video the way it is packed so you can receive it perfectly, keeping these photos and videos in our company files and as traceability of our shipping chain. 

When we receive your request, we will work hand in hand with you as soon as possible to solve the problem, remember that you are responsible for assuming the shipping costs of returning the products. 

In Noru we reserve the right to make partial refunds or to deny it because the piece is not returned in perfect condition or if it has been used.


Refounds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days. Original cost of shipping is non-refundable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, the time to see the money back into your account will depend on your credit card company. 


Exchanges of the pieces 

If you need to request an exchange for another item, please write us an email to customercare@norumadeart.com. We will respond with instructions on next steps. Remember that you are responsible for the cost of shipping return orders.
